Education
Ivanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Plymouth and a Master’s degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Management, specializing in Climate Change, from the University of the West Indies. She has also enhanced her knowledge through various courses in GIS, Software Product Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Professional Background
Ivanna’s journey of leading teams and projects started in her secondary school days and continued through university, where she led clubs and sports teams. She was an intern with the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH) and an executive member of the Caribbean Youth Environment Network in Barbados. She has been a valuable member of Pellucid IT Inc. for over a year.
Projects and Achievements
Ivanna played a crucial role in overseeing the development of three CPAG tools: the Conservation Dashboard, Biodiversity Dashboard, and Geonode. Currently, she is leading the team to acquire new clients and enhance Pellucid's online presence.
Personal Interests
Ivanna is a musician, a basketballer, and a devout Christian. She enjoys volunteering and trying new things.
