Hasanda is a passionate and curious biology and environmental science student who enjoys exploring how living organisms interact with their environment. She enjoys applying scientific knowledge to the real world environmental issues, and ways how we can help improve them.
Education
Hasanda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill. She previously earned an Associate Degree in Biology and Environmental Science from Barbados Community College.

Professional Background
Hasanda joined Pellucid IT as a volunteer intern on the Caribbean Drone Hub project, where she was later invited to take on an analytical role. Her work has included research on drone regulations, CERMES reports, and drone related events, carefully documenting her process so the rest of the team can build on it.
Personal Interests
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and playing the cornet, reading, watching wildlife documentaries and watching asian dramas. She has a deep love for nature, wildlife and ways to better climate change in the Caribbean. Hasanda’s favourite Korean drama is Mr.Queen.
