Elvis is a multidisciplinary professional with a focus on helping impact-driven and growth-stage organizations streamline project coordination, business operations and stakeholder management processes. His research work focuses on gender inclusion and skills training for African youth.
Education
Elvis is a 2x Mastercard Foundation scholar with a Master of Science degree in International Development from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from a liberal arts university (Ashesi University) in Ghana.

Professional Background
Elvis’ journey into project coordination and business operations began through teaching, academic support and program coordination at Ashesi University, where he worked closely with faculty, students, and staff to keep academic activities organised and on schedule. He later moved into business operations and project support, working across proposal writing, client communication, KPI tracking, reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups.
At Pellucid IT Inc., Elvis has supported project coordination, business operations, fundraising and business strategy. He is currently the Project Coordinator for the Caribbean Drone Hub project, where he helps coordinate research and technical teams, manage project updates, track sprint activities, and keep communication clear across the team. Elvis also works as a researcher with Research ICT Africa, contributing to research on digital governance, AI governance and policy frameworks for African countries.

Projects and Achievements
Elvis supports the coordination of the Caribbean Drone Hub project at Pellucid, helping organize project activities, team updates, sprint follow-ups, documentation, and reporting. He has also contributed to Pellucid’s business operations and project coordination work across client accounts, proposals and reporting systems.
He was also part of the Pellucid research team that supported the CPAG biodiversity project.
