A geek at heart, he has been working in the IT field for over 20 years, leveraging his Computer Science degree from Swarthmore College. Four months after graduation, he co-founded his first IT firm. Dave thrives on bringing out the best in people, finding great satisfaction in training and empowering his teams. He excels at turning complex problems into opportunities for growth and discovery while helping clients overcome their toughest challenges.
